Pedro Galileo Romo is a visionary leader in the realm of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), with over 15 years of experience in the field. Holding both an MBA and an MA, Romo has carved out a niche for himself as a pioneer in integrating computational intelligence with physical processes. His work has been instrumental in bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds, leading to groundbreaking advancements in various industries.

Takashi Tanaka

Market Development Director – APAC

Takashi Tanaka is a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of the Toyota management system. His expertise is not confined to the automobile sector; he has successfully applied this knowledge across various industries in both Japan and the West, including aviation, electrical, and medical equipment manufacturing.
Tanaka’s journey in the corporate world is marked by significant roles that have shaped industries. As a Project Management Officer (PMO) for platform development and implementation, he has garnered deep experience, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Ed Dean

Market Development Director – AMERICAS

Ed brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with over 45 years in the engineering and manufacturing sector. His remarkable 36-year tenure at Boeing saw him play a pivotal role in Flight Deck & Flight Controls design, alongside serving as the Engineering Liaison. In this capacity, Ed adeptly crafted engineering solutions to address manufacturing and design challenges. His leadership acumen shone brightly as he spearheaded the establishment and management of the BCA Engineering Lean Office.

Kimberly A. Heggie Hodge, J.D.

General Counsel 

Kimberly is a seasoned corporate attorney with 14 years of in-house legal experience and a lifetime of practical business experience.

As the daughter of an entrepreneur, Kimberly spent her early years developing business acumen as she worked alongside her father in multiple family businesses.  By the time she graduated from high school, she already had experience performing administrative, bookkeeping, marketing, and payroll functions and was running her own small business.

Christopher Coomes

MARKET DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – EMEA

Christopher Coomes has established himself as an influential figure in the realm of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management with significant accomplishments across major corporations. His journey includes transformative roles at Google and Amazon, where he leveraged his expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence. At Amazon, as a Senior Engineering Manager, he played a pivotal role in project management, contributing to the company’s reputation for world-class processes and efficiency. Coomes’s experience spans to leadership positions at Ford and Caterpillar Inc., where his efforts led to substantial operational improvements. His advisory roles, including his impact as Advisor to the CEO at BTC d.d. and CEO of X1 Pipeline, showcase his dedication to innovation and strategic investments. Through these varied but interconnected roles, Coomes has demonstrated a consistent ability to foster growth, enhance efficiencies, and guide businesses towards achieving their strategic goals.
